Order Processing

Our working hours are 10 - 6pm Mon - Sat. 

Please see the table below for further details on product processing times.

Shipping times are dependent on the shipping option chosen at checkout and are in addition to the order processing times . Once shipped any delays are no longer in our control however we will do our best to advise you.

Royal Mail UK services

Royal Mail aim to deliver to all addresses they have mail for, six days a week. If resourcing issues, associated self-isolation and safety measures prevent this, they will deliver at least every other day. It’s only in extreme cases – where offices are severely affected by absence levels - that this may not be possible.

Physical signatures are currently not being captured on delivery but the name of the person accepting the item will be logged.

 Royal Mail International services

Items are leaving the UK for all overseas destinations on time. Royal Mail are working with airline and postal/courier partners to maintain services across the globe, however delays should be expected as a result of ongoing COVID-19 reduction measures and reduced air transport capacity. Items to some EU destinations are also experiencing customs delays. This is the result of changes to the EU’s VAT rules for items from non-EU destinations from 1st July.

Signatures on delivery may also not be available in many countries due to social distancing requirements. Details of any country or area suspensions and the latest updates are available here.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The House of Allure London LTD  is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@houseofallurelondon.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
